When natural light is at a premium SRB can offer solutions to suit your circumstances. SRB recently installed two Velux Sun Tunnels to capture the natural outside light and bring it into a kitchen where extra electric lighting was impossible to install and too small for Velux openers. SRB completed a outhouse/garage roof utilising the latest in Firestone RubberGard EPDM roofing systems, we striped back to the joists and replaced everything. Little used in this country as most roofers are happy to supply a feltroof, joined with bitumen, alas due to their properties this does have a limited lifespan, the fully adhered EPDM version has been tested and PROVEN OVER MORE THAN 40 YEARS - You can rely on an EPDM Rubber roof because it's been installed successfully in the USA over more than 40 years. Unlike many other "newer" materials to the UK. Globally, EPDM is the worlds most used single ply roofing membrane. When moving in to new property, most developers don't utilise the space effectively. At Queen Mary's Place, Roehampton we have worked with owners to make the most of their space. One project involved ordering the same doors that were used in the apartment but to the full height of the room creating a second wardrobe in a recess that matched the master bedroom. 
We were pleased to help Charlotte Grobian and her charity 'Give it Away'. SRB was asked to help redecorate the master bedroom and en-suite in one of the penthouses owned by Charlotte at Queen Mary's Place, Roehampton, prior to going on the rental market where all the money will be given to charity. We wish her all the best for the future and we were glad to be of service. Decorative Scented Garden
SRB were asked to turn a patch of grass into a decorative scented garden next door to historic, Roehampton House. We worked with the new owners to select and then plant a variety of colourful, scented David Austin roses along with jasmine & passion flower climbers, heathers, hanging baskets and a decorative centre piece. The garden had to be fairly low maintenance due to time contraints but already offers some amazing scents with more to come next spring/summer. See our Gallery for pictures. En-suite Bliss
SRB gutted and replaced an en-suite bathroom in Hampton that was badly damaged by flooding. This comprised the complete rip-out, plastering, installation of all new fixtures / fittings including wall / floor tiling, new extraction fan and lighting. We completed all the work within two weeks with the minimum of disruption to the owners. More in our Gallery. |
